FIVE DOT RANCH OPENS AT OXBOW MARKET

Natural Beef Available Daily at Napa's Public Market 

Standish, CA January 3, 2008 – Five Dot Ranch opened our storefront at the Oxbow Public Marketplace on January 5th, 2008. The store will feature premium natural beef that is 100% free of antibiotics and additional hormones. Five Dot Ranch owns and tracks all of our cattle from birth. We give our cattle the freedom to roam on the finest open ranges that California has to offer, including the sweet grass of the Napa Valley.

Oxbow Public Market opened to the public on Saturday, December 15th, 2007. "With the addition of Five Dot Ranch, we continue to generate a unique owner-operated tenant mix consistent with the most interesting public markets around the world," stated Steve Carlin, founder and CEO of Oxbow Public Market. "The Napa Valley community has been so incredibly responsive and supportive. We hope that Oxbow will become a real local gathering place for the finest foods, local wines, organic produce, and artisan specialty products."

During the first few weeks of January, the Five Dot Ranch storefront at Oxbow Market will be open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sundays 10 AM to 5 PM. In February the store hours will coincide with the Central Market Hall:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Oxbow Public Market opened December 15th, 2007, bringing artisan food, fine wines, and specialty shops to wine country residents and tourists alike. The Main Market Hall, located at 610 First Street in Napa, offers customers a variety of products, cafes and services. Taylor's Automatic Refresher, the Fatted Calf charcuterie, and the Model Bakery - all housed adjacent to the main market hall - are due to open in early January 2008.
